FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
As much notice you can give is appreciated and will secure your date. Limited orders are accepted. We can sometimes accommodate last minute requests. No changes to orders within 7 days of delivery date.
Orders are received by pick-up in Merion, PA or by delivery (subject to availablility). Delivery fee is determined by distance from Merion. $50 for deliveries to Center City, Wayne, Newtowne Square, Lower Gwynedd, Dresher, and Huntingdon Valley areas. $40 delivery to Plymouth Meeting, Chestnut Hill, Lafayette Hill areas.
Samples are $10. If you place a cake order, we will apply the payment to your order. Please send an email for a sample request.
Subject to availability, we will reserve your date upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit. We accept cash, check, venmo (@vivahoneycakes), credit and debit cards. There is a 3.5% fee for visa, mastercard, american express, discover and debit cards.
Most of our cake and icing ingredients are organic and of the highest quality. We do not use chemical preservatives, hydrogenated oils or GMO's in cake and icing.
We do not offer refunds for cancellations within 2 months of reserved date.
